ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS


1. Interview to inform about the pedagogical proposal and visit to the Institution.

2. If parents consider it an option for their children’s education, they will provide the data for the reservation form.

3. Parents and child will be given a date and time for an interview with the institutional psycho-pedagogical team. On that occasion, they should bring the child’s academic records (report cards, reports).

4. Interview with management.

5. The Directorate will communicate the decision regarding the student’s acceptance in our institution.

6. If accepted:

A. The registration form will be completed.
B. Tuition will be paid.

The following documentation must be submitted to complete the registration form:

Initial and Primary Education

• Photocopy of the C.I.
• Photocopy of vaccinations.
• Child’s complete health record (showing physical fitness).
• Birth certificate or marriage certificate.
• Certificates of previous studies in English and/or French.
• School pass.

* Passes coming from MERCOSUR countries: must be endorsed by the Uruguayan Consulate in that country.
If it comes from a private institute incorporated to the official education in Argentina, it must go through the Secretariat of Education: Dirección General de Educación de Gestión Privada. If it comes from a public school, it must go through the corresponding official Secretariat.
Finally, it is validated at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uruguay, located at 1384 Cuareim Street in the city of Montevideo.
Students will take a test to establish their level of knowledge in Spanish and possible solutions in cases where there are curricular differences, and an English test to place them in the corresponding level.

* Passes coming from other countries.
The school pass must be endorsed by the Uruguayan Consulate in the country of precedence.
It is validated at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uruguay located at 1384 Cuareim Street in the city of Montevideo.

Upon arrival, a Spanish and an English test will be taken, for better placement in the corresponding level.

Secondary

Students from any part of Uruguay

• Valid Uruguayan Identity Card.
• Adolescent Health Card.
• Photocopy of vaccinations.
• School pass (only for entry to 1st year).
• Transfer from the high school of origin (2nd to 6th grade or repetition of 1st grade).
• ID photo.

Students from abroad

They must carry out the respective procedure for the revalidation of the studies completed in the country of origin, for which the following documentation is required:

Passes from MERCOSUR countries
* Certificate of studies from the country of origin with the apostille of The Hague or visa from the Uruguayan consulate in that country.
* Valid identity document.
* Health card.
* Photocopy of vaccinations.
* ID photo.

Passes from other countries
• Certificate of studies from the country of origin with the apostille of The Hague or visa from the Uruguayan consulate in that country.
• Valid identity document: Uruguayan Identity Card or Diplomatic Card or other.
• Valid health card.
• Photocopy of vaccinations.
• ID photo.
• When applicable, the certificate of studies must be translated into Spanish by a Sworn Translator of our country. In all cases, the registration must be made by the parents or legal guardians, who must also present their identity document.
